Should laws change or travel restriction be put in place due to Covid 19 by Governments and your holiday be cut short or cancelled we will offer a full refund less €5 per person booking fee.

You can cancel your excursion within 10 hours of the day of the excursion. The day of the excursion is 12 midnight on the date that your excursion is due.

Therefore the latest time you can cancel and request a refund is 14:00 the day before the date on your ticket.

We will refund your booking in full less a 5 euro per person booking fee.

No refunds can be issued for Parks, attractions, and some excursions with limited spaces.

We send your e ticket to the email you specify on booking. Sometimes it goes to your spam or junk folder. If you do not receive your ticket you must contact us. Your spot on the excursion is booked and refunds are not valid if you have not informed us that you didn't receive the ticket via email.

Deposit payments are refunded in the form of a voucher that can be used against any excursion across all of the Canary Islands and this has no expiry day, we only refund on excursions booked and paid in full. Unless the excursion is cancelled by ourselves or the supplier for whatever reason.

Should you miss your excursion or do not check the correct pickup point and time and other clients are collected at that point, then there would not be a refund we recommend all clients check the pick-up point and time before the day of the excursion.

Full refunds will be offered should excursions be canceled due to weather or any other reason.

TICKET DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

After you buy an excursion, E-ticket will be sent via email. The E-ticket must be shown on a mobile device or printed or use the reference number if stated.

Clients are responsible to assure they have read and understood all information on the E-ticket, and find out where their pick-up point is that is stated on the ticket.

When you book an Excursion, you will receive your E-ticket in an E-mail with the pick-up time, the pick-up place, the date and all information. If you are not at the pick up at the correct time you will not be eligible for a refund.

EXCURSION CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

If you cancel within 10hrs of the scheduled departure, (The day of the excursion is 12 midnight on the date that your excursion is due.

All tickets issues have the contact details of the supplier that will be collecting them for excursions, we recommend if there are any pick-up issues that clients
contact them within a reasonable time frame to allow any missed stops, wrong stops or other pick up issues to be resolved.

TRANSPORTATION:

All excursions offer pick ups from all resorts. Most excursions pick up in the capital city but not all, no excursions pick up in rural locations only holiday resorts.

PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Markit Tech Ventures Ltd sell excursions on behalf of suppliers.

We are not responsible for any injuries, illness, loss, damage, theft, delays, expense, negligence happening on the excursions.

When customers purchase excursions or tours from Excursionslanzarote.com, customers accept our full terms and conditions.

If customers pay the deposit to Markit Tech Ventures Ltd then the balance is paid directly to the excursion supplier on the day of the excursion. If customers pay in full then your ticket is valid and you will not be charged anything on the day of the excursion.

GENERAL EXCURSION RULES:

In making bookings (including selling tickets) or otherwise promoting or making arrangements for Free, Land, Sea, Day, Night, Active and Resident Excursions (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Excursion" or "Excursions") transportation; tours; sports or any other recreational activities; meals or for any service, facility or activity Excursionslanzarote.com acts only as an agent for the independent excursion operator supplying such excursions or services. Participation by a passenger in Excursions is conditioned upon such passenger's acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in the Passage Contract provided to you at the time of booking, these terms and conditions which are referenced on the back of the Excursion Ticket and, depending on the activity, other documents which, among other things, expressly release Excursionslanzarote.com from any liability for such participation. Participation may also be subject to the independent Excursion operators' own terms and conditions.

EXCURSION TIMINGS:

Departure times for each Excursion will be sent to you in form of an e-ticket for each excursion booked. These have been published according to information from our Excursion Operators, but are subject to change or the itinerary for any particular excursion be amended. Passengers are requested to report to the specified departure location at the designated time, as delay on your part can interfere with the pleasure of your fellow passengers we recommend you arrive at least ten minutes before, any later than the specified time and if you miss the pick up your excursion deposit can not be refunded. All pick ups are recorded and times officially stamped at each pick up.

EXCURSIONS WITH LIMITED PARTICIPATION:

Excursions may be purchased in advance on Excursionslanzarote.com using your credit card or debit card. Some excursions may require you to buy a separate ticket for any other activity in the same premises of the excursions on the day of the excursions (Example: The Rancho Texas Park has many other activities for which you can separately pay at the Rancho booking counter or any other Rancho Texas excursions on Excursionlanzarote.com portal). Some excursions (not land or sea) will charge a direct fee for bus pick up this is to be paid on the day and will be specified on your ticket.

PERSONAL POSSESSIONS:

Coats, wraps, umbrellas, cameras, handbags, traveling bags and similar personal articles remain at all times through the Excursion under the passenger's custody and control. Be careful that you do not leave your possessions unattended at any time in the car or coach in which you are traveling.

ACCIDENTS:

Excursions Lanzarote will not be responsible should anyone have an accident, illness, or any mishap on the excursions.

PRICES & TICKETS:

The prices for Excursions are subject to change without notice and the excursion . Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. Tickets can be changed to a later date but with a 48 hours prior notice only. You cannot transfer excursion tickets to anyone else.
